Tuesday to Sunday, 10am to 5pm.

Exceptions

Open on Easter Monday, Pentecost Monday and the third Monday in September (Switzerland’s Jeûne fédérale holiday).
Closed on December 24, 25 and 31, and January 1.

Access map

The Museum is located in the heart of Geneva’s old town, next to the cathedral. Car access is limited.

The Saint-Antoine parking lot is a five-minute walk away, and the Mont-Blanc parking lot is a 15-minute walk.

The walking time from Geneva train station (Cornavin) is 20 minutes.

Public transport

Bus 36 stops at the cathedral, which is next to the Museum.

Bus access from Geneva train station: bus 8 (direction Veyrier), get off at Rive then walk 10 minutes.

Access from the airport: bus 10 (direction Rive), get off at Molard, then walk 10 minutes.

Other lines: 2, 7, 12 (get off at Molard).

Disabled access

Ramp access from Rue de l’Évêché. Follow the signs around the building and contact reception for assistance (022 310 24 31).
